Default Crash tests

After seeing the old F-150 crash... I'm not even getting into one that's parked!

The new one is fine though...

Don't know why, but for some reason the end part of the link (url) shouldn't be there. Trying again: http://www.progressive.com/rc/VSafet...ash_videos.asp

Very interesting, never know that under 40 mph can do that huge of damge to a car. Look at the side mirror how it flexs and looses the cover.

Seems as if the seat belt does nothing to help keep you in place.... and almost looks like the airbag inflates too slowly to prevent you from hitting the steering wheel...

In the Vette even if you just slam on the brakes the seat belts auto tension and pull you right back in the seat... hell - the auto-tension even kicks in when you accelerate hard....

WOW. I knew the F150 was bad but that's shocking.

Its cool to see how much better they make the vehicle after a couple years. Trucks have come a long way in the past 5 years in terms of safety.
