I don't know I've never been a fan of black rims, they blend in with the tires too much and it looks like a big black blob where some nice silver or chrome wheels should be. The body on that car is nice though.

WTF? Dude, are you a ricer or something?

where some nice silver or chrome wheels should be
AHHHHHHH!!!
Chrome...uuugghhh...why the fuck would you put chrome rims on a car that is supposed to be understated...why would you ever put chrome rims on any car? AHH, I hate chrome rims, they are ugly, flashy, pointless, and garish...and they do not belong on an M5.

Plus this is not a customer car...so those probably aren't the final rims, but black rims do look nice...8)

I think some gunmetal rims would look even sweeter. Gunmetal is the best colour IMO.

Guys your forgetting something .....

it's not the real M5 as you can see it's bit to high from back..also there is a steel line after front tyers that we can't see it here ? also the back and front grill are in black ..so he still didn't paint them ...

that first pic posted doesnt have the side signature M grills...

DROOL.. I would do anything for that car.. ANYTHING...

Reading from other forums quickly after this I'm startin to think there will be a shitty US-Spec E60 M5...much like the crap E36 M3 they gave us in the 90's

hopefully they dont ruin it too much for US.

My guess is stricter emmisions, thus robbing the car of more power

Yeah, that car did look awfully funny...like yeah, it was too high in the rear and such.

dude...check out the exhaust pipes...it IS a M5 Test Mule...even if it doesn't have M5 badging or accesories...so technically it still is the M5...

when was the pic taken?....maybe a while ago...and if it's recent...well maybe they just have more testing to do?....
