Default Top Gear Enzo Laptime

on the october 30th episode, Stig is going to hotlap the Enzo around the TG track!!!. ........http://www.topgear.com/content/misc/TV/

assuming the track is dry, i think it will turn out a 1min18sec run; can't wait to see this one!

Yeah this will be an eye opener.

I wish they could lap the CGT, Enzo and SLR on the same day. Temperature and weather have such a big effect on a cars lap time, it would really be the only 'scientific' way of doing things.

Im pretty sure the track will be dry cause on the preview they had on this past sunday's episode, the track looked pretty dry to me with the Enzo on it.

i have a feeling the Enzo might not beat the cgt since the track is so small and twisty its a micky mouse bullshit track

Wow I couldnt disagree more. First of all that track is one of the best I have ever seen at testing the overall performance of a vehicle. It has corners to bring out any weakness a vehicle might have, and I think it has the perfect mix of straights and turns to make it not baised on way or the other.
Just because its not a flat out circuit with nothing but straights doesnt mean its small. Its actually rather long. (baring circuits like the ring).
Also I think the Enzo will beat the CGT. As much as I love it, its not the performer that the enzo is....

Afterall, the track was designed bu Lotus. I think it's OK. Porsche Carrera GT will hold on to the title for now I think

I saw the ams testing alot of cars for top speed, and track time, and the cgt actually beat the enzo on the track. I cant pronounce nor write the name of the track their using. but it looked thighter than top gears track, so perhaps the enzo will get the advantage

the cgt did it in 53,86 sec, and the enzo in 54,98 sec. so im guessing the enzo will take the top gear track record, that is untill they test the koenigswuhbrh CCR
