I remember a European mag did a subjective test of the original S7 and came to the conclusion that it was essentially an Enzo-lite. Everything was just a little less extreme.

OMG!!! 750 hps seems to be enough for a great lap time.

Man.... This was news to me. And I was just having a conversation today with some mustang idiot that said the saleen s7 is the fastest supercar in the world. After I put the numbers beat down on him, Im shocked to see that they too realized the mediocresy of the s7 considering its compitition.
I cannot wait to see this thing in some tests. It should be awsome~!!

Well before the Enzo hit, it was THE car to beat, and then all those cool cars came out except for the Enzo, still ugly...but any way it was like a tammer F1, is what Car & Driver was comparing it too, since that was the only thing to compare it to at the time, lighter and faster then the Lambo, just a hair quiker to 60mph then the F1, and cost much much less. But now adays you can pay almost the same price and get better performence.
My thing is, why did I jump up in price almost another $200K, are they using Turbos that NASA made for them or some thing? $394,000 to $550,000est.

Thisi is too much. I don't like the Saleen, and I don't like this version too. I'd take a Koenigsegg CCR

Well, seeing as 750 is too much, and 800 > 750, yet he prefers 800, yes--he is mentally retarded.
