Default Convertible G-Wagon?

First time I saw one of these. Unfortunately my camera phone was too slow to load up and it made the turn already.

Is it custom?

Definitely unique though. But if you think about it, the G Class is already unique in that you hardly see them at all.

At first I thought it was custom made or something.

haha! were i live, there about as common as the ml's and x5's. too bad i will never be able to afford one new.

I'd prefert he AMG tuned G-wagon...although expensive but its a cannon fodder for porsche boxters....

Yeah, this is an interesting concept. Looks kinda like a wrangler almost. I'm not a huge fan - i prefer the hard top, but for those w/ a lot of money and lots of sunshine, and maybe some offroad terrain, this could be a nice car.
