Default My R32 Skyline GTSt Type M

Here's my ride.

It's an R32 GTSt Type M. Nothing special. Had for like 3 years and all these years, I still haven't gotten around to changing the rims yet. Repainted it blue from its original Grey. Changed the fuel pump into one that I think is a 150 LPH Denso pump. Rewired it to get the full juice from the battery. Installed a prototype alcohol injection spray.

I need that because my original engine went bust when my dad drove it into a flood and ingested alot of water thus bending the con rods. Got a replacement engine which is an NA one. The higher compression ration of that block won't allow me full boost so I'm having to resort to a bypassed PCV and that said alcohol injection to stop it knocking.

I've ordered an interface to connect my laptop to the ecu so I can't wait to get it.

sorry about the big pics. I'll make thumbnails next time. Or edit this one later.

I think it's the first car here from Myanmar. Been meaning to take the shots but never got around to it.

nice car kksh. looks like a pretty fun. is the GTSt AWD?
that alcohol injection system is pretty cool. but why not just get lower compression pistons? is it a hassle to keep the alcohol reservoir topped off?

btw what name are nissans sold under in myanmar/burma?

N, it's RWD. With HICAS.

The reason I didn't get teh lower compression pistons is that I wanted the low end torque and response when you're off boost. And you don't get many chances to run full throttle so I just spray when I'm flooring it. I hooked it up to my fog lamp button right below the rear demist button on the upper right of instrument banicle.

Most cars here are used JDM. So is mine.

good stuff, at least you didn't do it just cuz you were lazy or something. It probably is pretty nice to have the from high compression and forced induction. Do you have it set up so you have to hit the button every time? Or is it set up to spray only at WOT?

And I was just curious about the brandname because I didn't recognize the emblem as nissan or datsun.

yes i have to hit the button at WOT. Thought of setting it up with a sensor that hits it when it reaches a particular rev. Haven't gotten around to it yet. Maybe a boost sensor might be better than revs. Cos you can be at high revs but not WOT and low boost.

I used a cold start injector found on many toyota engines and used a nissan fuel pump in that little white box in front of the air cleaner housing. I know they say that the pump won't last long but it's worth a try and it only cost like 20 US per pump.

It's not a brand name. It's a skyline emblem. They usually put the emblems of the model at the front of the cars there in japan. Like Laurel, Cefiro, Corolla, Crown all have their own emblem on the nose of the car.
