That is a difficult question to answer considering that during the 50's and the 60's there were many one offs and limited numbered cars being made. There are still a few one offs being made today but not as many as there were previously. Many of those cars were simply re-bodied and others were very different. That being said, would you even consider a re-bodied car made by someone else to even be a Ferrari? Are you also considering the race cars?
I have a lot of Ferrari related literature that I can browse through once I have a better idea of the answer you are looking for. The 250 chassis series alone must have more than a 100 different variations.

There are 3; 612,430,599.
There have been many more, but so many chassis were rebuilt into other cars that the first 20 year's cars are a bit sketchy.

That's what I'm saying, Ferrari rebuilt it's own chassis, customers would request something and a chassis would be rebodied into something else, then Lord Brocket buried loads of rare Ferraris in part form for a tax dodge and some of the were never recovered.
