60 Minutes on Sunday ran a special on the state of General Motors, its recovery plan, and its future. During the show, GM Vice Chairman Bob Lutz and CEO Rick Wagoner previewed a new Cadillac model believed to be the 2008 CTS. While we suspect it may be an upcoming concept, several LLN tipsters insist it is very close to the production model.
