What should I buy?

Ok, i have 2 budgets, the most expensive designed for a standard car, a Ford Focus 1.6 Zetec.

Im a kind of person who modifies my cars to the extreme, i simply hate standard (even supercars).

So Its either £3000 ish for a Foci 1.6 Zetec

Or £1800 for any other car, must be 1600cc or under, and something a 17 year old can insure........ no Rs Turbos, lol

Im 6ft 7, so i need something that i can fit in comfortably. I currently have a SHITTY standard red 5 door Peugeot 306 1.4 8v @60hp. I was thinking about a 306 D Turbo, 90hp, but can be tuned relativly easily to 110hp
