I love BMW after mercedes they would be my choice i love the old 5 and the 7 and the current 3 and X5 but the way the brand is going now is not the way to go.And im not the only one saying this BMW will never in their life make a car that you can even call a BAD car. Bu they arent at top anymore and thats a shame. you say that merc dont build cars with hard suspension and so on what abt the CLK GTR the CLK DTM AMG i know that theese are limited but you have to understand what the brand stands for and that is luxury and comfort. And now they are making faster cars faster then ever and by the way faster them bimmer around and not just strait forward but also in curves and bends.And u got me right on lving soft fast cars i admit I DOOOO but i also love hard fast cars but not in the loong term. And by the way automatics dont bother me so much and especially not when they are as good as MB automatics but i agree with you that they should have manual trans for those who want it.
So the point is I like BMW htey are cool but for the moment they are behind MB for a while they where in front especially with the old 5 but not anymore and if u dont want to admit it dont but thats the way the story goes....
