The WRC cars ARE road legal... they have to be to travel between stages.
To sum up, for £300k you can have your own WRC car to drive to work/school or at the weekends if you have the cash, and the team are willing to sell you a car

Yes, you are right number1, I remember last year marcus gronholm had a bent rim while trying to make it to the service park from the last stage and the cops pulled him over, so indeed the cars need to be roadworthy to get to the following stage, they even have number plates which means that they are indeed roadlegal
