I was out last night because I ran the battery flat, so a quick run up and down the highway after I charged it to see if its right, yeah in the storming rain.
From behind my left side I had this black car, come up beside up, looking for a race and burned up after I ignored him. I saw a black car and thought it was another ricers lancer or something that probably cause an accident. Turned out it was a new Maserati coupe, definite V8 engine I heard.
I pulled to the lane next to him because I wanted to see want a Mazzi can do. He stopped a bit away from the lights and I stop in front of him. He looks over and starts laughing at my wagon! I guess because he only seen the back and with my badges off, so it’s looks like a GX. That is until he rolls a bit further and notices the hood scoop, the suddenly get all serious and just wait for the lights
Light turned green, heard his V8, and thats it!
I was across the intersection before he off over the first line, second and the gaps just widened, third gone.
Things may have been different in the dry, but launching a WRX in the wet makes it seem that much faster to anyone else!
