of course supercars can be improved. compared with race cars they are slow in all aspects of braking and cornering, and often in terms of acceleration. they are designed to be somewhat driveable. Even things like RUF can be improved upon i.e for track use the RUF R Turbo needs the adjustable suspensiion to be made firmer than it comes from the factory.
