The SVT Lightning is totally uncomparable to even an X5 in terms of dravabilty... it's a cheap, go-fast truck that can tow a fair bit. Here, there are literally hundreds of low 12 second SVT Lightnings.
The new one, as much better it is then the previous generation, is still a far cry from a luxury SUV from BMW and such. But.... You would have no problem doing just about anything and everything in the F150... hauling, serious off roading, and towing are it's prime suits.
