You need to make a boot CD to do a full reinstall if you bought the computer from a company it should have come with it. all you do is put the boot disk in the computer and restart it will do a clean install back to the original state so make sure you back up on a seperate hardrive and/or on Hard Copy. you might need to reinstall windows to eliminate the errors you are getting, it happens you probably were fucking with something and corrupted something it happens when people don't know what they are doing with Computers and cars for that matter. what ever you do use Mozilla Firebird it's much safer and faster than IE but some sites only support IE and that's why you should keep it.
