There have been tests by Car and Evo (which is the bible basically) that have tested the car in real world conditions and they had a different story than Tiff's.
I also haven't heard/read complaints about the understeer you are on about.

I am not just stating the car understeers because "its just an Audi". I have seen it understeer. J-san posted a race between the Gallardo, 360, NSX-R, 911 Turbo and the Gallardo set slower times around Tsbuska racetrack than the 360. The NSX-R also set the fastest times. Also, the heavy understeer that the Gallardo produces is obviously apparent in the video.
