I don't want a ricer car, I already have a civic, and it just doesn't cut it, I want something luxurius and fast, no more cloth seats and manual windows for me

Then go for a MERC 8) 8) 8) 8)

He said he doesn't want a ricer car. *runs for cover*
I think you should consider some American muscle for that money. Maybe a Z28 Camaro.

Make sure its the later Z3 M with 321hp, 2001 on I think. Might struggle to find for $25k. Better off with the S4 than a 240 hp Z3 M
Edit insurance is cheap onthe Z3 too, I had a 3.0i and it was not classed as a sports car, but that might apply to the S4 too, probably classed as a sedan...

I have always been partial to Audi's, plus they are a hell of a car when you add in all the turbo modifications. M3, great car as well but you won't be getting the big power increases like you would with the Audi unless you add forced induction. Drive both and then come to a decision, look at prices and availability of aftermarket parts for these cars. After all, it's you who will be stuck with the car if you don't like it.

I am just saying make a sleeper. Forget about the ricer BS. I hate rice. But if you call a 13.8 Aerio SX rice then i will take it. Make a custom turbo for something that no one would think twice about doing one on.

That's what I was going to suggest, but it's a hair over the $25k limit. Maybe you could pursuade them on purchasing this car.

Absolutely, Audi dominates ! Each time I look documentary about car racing, when they speak about Audi, they always say : The car has unfair advantage of Quattro system + turbocharged engine... This is what I call: Vorsprung durch technik.
"Jabbasworld Audi Attack Club" : Hey everso, that's sounds good, I like that.
About your request XxTwstedMethodxX, It's obvious that I suggest to you the Audi B5 S4, for several reason, like the "tunability", because you can easily turn a stock B5 S4 into a sorta RS4. If it's what you wishes here what you need:
This kit is capable of 412 horsepower and 482 foot-pounds of torque at the flywheel on 93 octane gas, while retaining stock-like drivability. The highlights of the kit include the following:
RS4 KO4 Turbochargers
RS4 MAF and Airbox
RS4 MAF to Turbo Inlet Plumbing and Y-Pipe
RS4 High Flow Fuel Injectors and Fuel Pump
All Associate Plumbing and Hardware

Boxsters and TT's, aren't they both pretty slow cars? I want something with a little bit of a kick to it. But if either of them can be considerably improved for about 3 grand, or less, can you all tell me how. What are their weaknesses. Thanks for all the input so far.

LOL didn't realize that this had two pages already. I like the Ko5 conversion? I think thats what its called, I already looked into it, and I don't honestly think I can afford that while going to college, 6k is a lot for leeching money from my parents. But on the other hand, i know that with a chip, exhaust, and intake, you can make pretty satisfying numbers with an S4. But my only problem is that looking at my neighbors m roadster, and how sexy it looks, makes me want it. I want performance, and beauty. This car is staying with me for a good 4 years, it's gotta look good. No offense to those who think the S4's have great styling, but they look pretty plain to me. Now what about the Boxsters, are they modifiable or what? I never thought that a porsche was in my price range? Same for the TT?

Go for the Audi.
I wish my parents gave me money (let alone $US 25K) to buy a car.
