If your going to be pushing that kind of power through the front wheels it would be wise to invest in a nice set of strong lightweight wheels, and sticky tires. The OEM steel wheels bend under hard cornering loads, and are not as stong as a nice aftermarket set of wheels. My brother has a set of ASA BBS wheels and cheap Khumo tires on his car and it works very well. They are an inch bigger than stock and i think it is half an inch wider. They look nice, and not retarded, but the only thing to be careful with the wider wheels is to make sure that the wheel weights are the ones that stick to the inside of the wheel, and are not the ones that clip onto the lip of the wheels. The weights to beat against the upper control arms on the back, under medium cornering and hard acceleration, take my word, Wal-Mart fucked mine up.

These are the aftermarket wheels, nice looking, and better I think then the 99-00 OEM SI wheels
I know you dont want to spend alot of money on wheels, but you could get these wheels for about $120 US a pop, and find tires. I reccomment Tire Rack or something like that, dont go to a tire store to look for them, bcause you will get ripped off.
Good luck with the turbo kit, hope you dont break anything in the motor, just make sure to do your research on the internet before jumping head first into such a task.
