Ya, it's pretty nice. It's got about 150 hp (not a lot, but good for a small car) and it's got a manual tranny so it's fun to drive and feels kinda sporty.

I have to agree Mazdas really got some neat cars out now. That 3 is a common platform though, and it owes a lot to the Volvo 2004.5 S40 which is the same platform but with diferent motors and trannys and asthetic differences, because that car contributed much of the saftey features to that car. Very nice ride though and I do like the color.

The new 3 is awsome. A lot of the new Mazdas are turning out very European

it came out to about $21,000 after all the taxes with no significant discount. But it has no air condition or power windows and has a manual transmision.

Is that a mazda 3?? If so, could you crawl under the rear, and take a photo from underneath of the rear crossmember that runs across the car, that the rear suspension is hung from?
Cus apparently the mazda runs on the same platform as my focus, but there have been stiffening improvements on the mazda's rear suspension.

It looks very nice , i hated the look but now i think is very sporty , just one thing i still dont like , those rims are too small for the car , with some bigger rims it would look very sporty

Mazda has been very euro for some time. after all they did resurect the old small roadster genre. And since they share with Ford and Ford now owns several european auto manufacturers how could they not inherit some Euro componets or lines. All good to see though.
