awesome!

trend micro also has a free online scanner. and u can download AVG for free too. its awesome that they offer this kind of protection to us for free, props to them.

I like Avast on the topic of protection, I think the lastest Zone Alerm version is whacked. I say allways allow it to allways access the internet, but ZoneAlarm have messed that up. So I will have to get onto Zone labs about this grrrr.

A problem I have with these "online scanners" is the data collected during the scan process. It is not like you can download the .dat files and scan offline.

Sort of defeats the purpose of "quarantine" scanes doesn't it?

Yet another way for the gullible to expose their computers to the "corporate empires" that so many keep bashing in other threads...
