Nice quality pics and nice cars but the 996 seems pretty much a GT3 Mk I to me... or is it just a "kitted Carrera"?

chaos...the NSX was parked in front of us at the F1 race ... those ferraris are in my other post of pics from that day....
TT and budagboy... it didnt say gt3 anywhere on it or inside so i think it was just a kitted carrera... plus i think new gt3's have the different style head lights... when i passed it the first time i thought it was a gt3, thats y i stopped... but when i got there i was disappointed. but hey its still a nice car!

But if this one was really a GT3, it is an Mk I not Mk II ... anyway if it's a modified Carrera, it's a nicely done job.

ah yes... i missed that. the interior didn't have racing seats or any gt3 badges so i suppose it is modified... now that i think about it.. they had a black carrera in back that had the turbo style front air dam but said carrera in back and didnt have a wing or side intakes.... so i guess these guys like modified porsches.... heres a pic.

Dang, that's a pity, not because it's not nice or whatever, but because if the mods are well done, it's hard to identify a car without further investigation.

Yup. That car has also black brake callipers, as where the GT3 has red ones...

You can actually get the GT3 body kit and wing on the normal Carrera coupe from the factory as an option so that could have been what they did with the car.
