Anyone into carp fishing as well ?

i caught a carb a few weeks ago
the funny thing i caught it using leeches... and not corn or aother stuff

is huge man around 70-80cm in lenght, and around 25 cm in width

the crazist shit i ever caught in my life

Why fish for Carp? Worst fish to eat... Trout and some of the others are so mcuh better.

Well, just for the sport of it. I don't kill those fishes.
Nope, we use a no-kill policy. We use a hooklink, we hook those fishes in the front of their mounths so that the damage stays minimal.

I started fishing with fishing for trout, but a carp's fight is much more explosive. Ok, it depends on the size of fish you are fishing for of course, but Belgium isn't a trout paradise. Sweden/ the U.K./ USA is much better though.

I caught that fish three years ago, it weighed 16,8 kilograms that's 37 lb.
