If this guy were for real I believe that we would have just done it. Instead, he threatens and makes demands and keeps telling us what he's going to do. If it was really an issue and he was serious, I believe he would have just taken measures immediately and not given us all this crap about who he knows, works for, and is capable of.

A person that is a true threat would have just made the proper actions to have us shut down with little or no warning. I don't take this guy very seriously and don't think much more thought should be put into it.

no one believes him to be real, thast not the point. he has sent fake emails to jabba pretending to be godady.com, he is presistent, and above all it is going to be fun messing with him.

i guess the point i was trying to make was that there were absolutely no grounds to take this guy seriously at all. i mean, when you smell bullshit, you know it's bullshit, your nose doesn't lie to you. and you can easily flush it down the shitter (or back to wherever this loser is from) and forget about it. from page 2 of the original thread i'm like bahhh this guy sucks, let's move on.

someone as shitty as him wasn't initially worth anyone's worry or frustration. but after everything he has CLAIMED,if any of the computer-savvy heads here giving him a lasting memory of jw, i will not protest

at any rate, the hippo told you so

Seeing at he does run the www.gumball3000.net "official forums" he caught my attention to begin with.

However after he said that he knew Jeremey Clarkson (after about 5 minutes) it was pretty obvious that he couldn't be taken that seriously...it could have been ended alot sooner if it was just left there...but as soon as he started the "blackmail" tactics of emailing everyone that could close JW down... he kinda took it to another level.

My point is if this guy walked into a US airport and yelled out that he had a bomb in his bag do you think they would have to take him seriously or could take the chance that he is a bullshitting asshole and just let him on the plane anyway ?

There was alot of good that came from it actually as we were forced into making some alternative arrangements should the next threat be actually genuine.

true. i was trying to take this all in a positive light so i began thinking of this whole thing as being somewhat of a fire drill. suffice to say we're well prepared
