Rinspeed Viper Veleno
Just came across this car today, and damn was i stunned by its brightness
I know most of your will probly bitch about the color scheme, but I personally think is pretty cool 8)
i'm not a fan of the RT/10's though, I'd prefer if they'd modify the GTS...
Engine specs:
Nitrous assisted V10
550bhp
605 lb-ft of torque

Ouch! I think I feel my retinas burning. Those numbers really aren't that impressive for a tuned viper, though.

ya i know, but its not turbo-charged so i didn't expect huge numbers from it.
still has 100bhp more than stock, and about 115lb-ft more torque, so thats not exactly bad.
The real performers are the Hennessey Venoms, especially the 1000TT

Those are pretty good Non-FI numbers, but still, its an 8.0 liter V10 for god's sake, it should be able to make LOTS more power.

And a lot worse.
Just visit any Viper forum and search for Hennessey/dishonesty/cheat/steal/lie/defraud
And then read what the Viper community has to say about that crook.

They're not unimpressive numbers actually. The Veleno was based on the original RT/10 (I believe the 1992 or 93 model year to be precise), and if you recall, it put out a measly 400bhp from it's monstrous 8.0L truck engine. Extracting another 150bhp and 205 lb-ft of torque over stock isn't all bad.

The first three pictures are not photoshopped, it really did look like that.
