Not really a production car... and you cannot buy it .... just loan it.
It's also electric, which IMO isn't really a car

there are some really small displacement
700cc japanese K - cars.. dahatsui..suzuki are questioable..
those hybrid cars are fairly slow as well..
ie. RAV4-EV. max speed of 75miles..

thats one of the WORST cars I have ever seen...esp in malaysia where they modded it up...18' inch Rims...straight thru exhaust etc...making loud noises but are just crawling on the road.....still remembered when i ws driving my X-trail in malaysia....this Bugger in the kelisa revved his engine hard...i didn't even floor the accel and next thing he knew, He can't even see my taillights....what a joke man....Nothing beats diaplacement....thats what i believe...2.5L vs 700cc...no fight at all

well the suzuki cappucino is a really good K-car....same goes for the daihatsu storia

i think the VW Kombi is the slowest car in production (yes they still produce it here in Brazil)

the slowest car on sale in europe must be ...the perodua kelisa..the malasian car that is sold in the UK...or the suzuki maruti as well....which it has about a 600cc engine...
