Default Alternative

anyone noe any good alternative software to "Webshot Desktop"? Basically i just want to able to change my wallpaper automatically, i've use webshot for like 3 years now, but for some weird ass reason, it wont' change wallpaper automatically anymore, not even when i use teh keyboard shortcut to change it, i have to select the wallpaper automatically.

i need one that let me like select like over 4000 pictures really fast lol. not like teh way webshot organize their wallpapers.

anyhelp is appreciated thanks.

StyleXP from TGTsoft.com has many features for appearance of your windows interface.

The software has a section where you can add background pictures, and then make it change automatically either Daily,Weekly or every time you log in.

You can also easily change it from the program when you want to.

selecting the wallpaper:

rotating (like in webshots) wallpaper screen

You should certainly try StyleXP, it also allows you to change the windows skin + boot screen + etc....

I've been using Webshots for quite some years now, everything was fine with their earlier versions, but this latest version is just dumb, it puts a webshots watermark on your pics, and I hate the fact that you can't extract your pics from the collections back to jpegs, now if I want to use another program I'll have to re-download my whole collection of pics and that would take forever...

hm thanks for the info guys. i've been trying to mess around w/ my desktop too, so i'll have to try these out. normally i just rotate the wallpaper manually, but these look promising.

my main problem though is stretching a single wallpaper across my two screens. i've downloaded some wide wallpapers from deviant art, but i can't really use them. maybe one of these programs will have some sort of a solution.

Doesnt StyleXP screw-up your system after its 30day trail period if you dont register or something?
Well not screw up in literal sence, after uninstalling it, it leaves few files scattered around in the system directory or something (so i have heard)..
Also theres no crack for it, so have to buy it.. which sucks

The one I was trying, just didnt start. Like nothing happened after trying to run it. My StyleXP version is 2.11f .. Then NOW I just got a crack from a higher version and it worked! But still I think it messes with your system directory a lot. Specially I made a stupidity of trying to fiddle with the Boot.ini file and since then I never really used it much. But am giving it another shot since u reminded me of it! Thanks.. If I have any problem now, I know who to turn up to!
BTW, I am not sure we should be talking about this here!
