There was a problem , always check msn passport status when you have a problem , it clearly said there was a login problem for most of the users .

ops:
i closed all my plugins, re-conected to the internet 50 times, stoped my firewall, cleared all my ports.. done evreything..

so i posted this to see if anyone was in the same boat!

but it's all good and working now..

yeah msn was down .... i had like 30 mails and it wasnt showing in the messenger and it was doing waht dan said ""same here.. up and down like a whore on a busy night""
