What the hell does it matter if they had a permit for filming or not? The were just drivin, uder the legal limit and so on. The same thing would happen if there was no camera and they were just a few friends riding bikes. Producer has nothing to do with it, the rider chose themselves not to wear helmets. They coul always say no ...
The only responsible partyis the car driver ...

people that drink and drink should die. its because of them that many other innicent people die. even kids. drunks always go on sidewalks and hit pedestrians. they should be hung.
