2 questions: DVD-R and DVD copier..
I am lookin to purchase a DVD-R that will record in Best quality possible(closest to DVDs sold on retail).. anyway I cut it down to 2 systems, the Panasonic DMR-E500HS or the Sony RDR-HX900?
are these systems any good or are there better ones out?
Also I am lookin to purchase a system that will make mulitiple copies of a DVD, but have no idea of any??

DVD....CD......are all digital media, and when u copy them, it is always identical. Now, I don't know what kinda DVD u are trying to copy, but I hope u know that both recorders does not record Dual Layer DVD

If you want 1 to 1 DVDs, you should get one that burns Dual Layer like the one PATo suggested.
Go to pcworld.com pcmag.com and cnet.com and do a search there to see which are the current top DVD-R drives... obviously, I suggest you get one that is DVD-R DVD+R DVD-RAM and dual layered. As for quality, that does not depend on what drive you buy, but what software you use.

Nero's great, whenever something new hardware wise comes out, they always support it. Provides basically all the functionality you could want
