Default Workstation sitting positions

Since we devote hrs and hrs in front of the computer (all spent on JW ops: ), we may better off to get ourself some accurate sitting position..

I just learned to turn the head very quickly while pages load then back at the PC monitor and so on still body has to stay completely twisted in these moments ...
