It's probably a virus which reduces metabolism, or something. Not a cause of obesity.

I personally dislike the diet/light soft drinks. They taste pretty horrible, in fact they are pretty much tasteless. It's not as if sugar-free soft drinks are really that much more healthy. Still plenty of colouring, artificial flavour and other such chemical crap.

you heard of exercise?

its common sense to eat healthy foods like good meat, fresh veggies (tomatoes rock) and your choices of dairy.

things like premade food are all crap in my mind, (though that doesn't mean i dont indulge in 20 dollars worth of junk food from time to time) its good to try and cook with foods that are as close to their natural counter part as possible.

sugar isn't bad for you...

lazyness is.

Yeh, I prefer to make meals myself rather than buy premade stuff

I don't use diet/light food/drinks.I don't eat too musch fast food. I like home made foods not fast foods. Making exercise and eating non-fast foods makes you healthy.

Haha. At least the Pepsi Max ads, "Don't worry, there's no sugar", are quite funny.

Yeh, that's right. Eat and drink that stuff if you may, but it's not miracle food. However, some idiots think that it is.
