anyone use it? just wondering if it really helps anything.

i am so sick of spam in the email.. its ridiculous. what is this world coming to??

besides filters and potentially spamcop, what else is there to do besides preventative measures?

It's just one of those thing you have to live with, I've given up on the fight though the spam filter on gmail is very effective.
