I can imagine the Porsche engineers spending hours and hours finetuning the sound, using the most expensive equipment, etc. There comes AWE: "nah, lets weld on some straight pipes".

Oh, I do have to add that it sounds great! Insane mix of an Audi S1 rallymonster and a Formula 1 car.....
If I were filthy rich, I'd pay somebody to drive it up and down my street all day long!

personally i don't think you can improve on the stock sound.

Thanks for pointing that out. They tested the Carrera GT to have 577hp. Does that mean this car is pushing out ~640+ at the flywheel?

For me an aftermarket exhaust's priorities are as follows:
1: increase in power
2: decreases in weight
3: better sounds
In that order.

nice sound ! but I think I'll prefer the stock sound, this one is nice to, for sure when it was revving, but imo the stock one will do it for me thank you for the vid clip

from what i've heard most cgt's have been dynoed quite a bit higher than porsches conservative figure.
