goddamn straight, you people need to focus on what a NFS game is intented for - this a thé game for the tuning scene.
We all have the same passion in general: CARS, but in this you have many different kinds of racing. I'm getting fed up with people looking down on tuners, if you don't like it then you don't like it! But that doesn't permit you to go out and insult everyone who's involved in it!
This is why i hate forums, it gives people a means of expressing themselves in a way that they would never do in reality. It's ow so tough to act like this in here, but we all know that you would never express your 'frustrations' in realtime.
And if you do, well then you could be in for a hectic time :fist:

Firstly I really have to say that I dislike tuner cars in general.
Secondly, its different in my opinion when you have an import cars like Honda’s, Toyota’s etc, that people put ridiculous body kits on because those don't look good from the start, so it doesn't get any worse in most cases.
but when you have a fine exotic supercars that looks beautiful and purposeful from the start, and then you put those insanely nasty kits on them for unknown reason that doesn't help the performance in any way, then its like putting nasty dirty prison cloths on a beautiful naked babe.
Do you see my point!

You're be right for the last couple of NFS releases but certainly previous ones.
For most people who've been playing NFS since the pre-EA era (NFS 1), NFS is about exotic cars and cars you don't get to drive/see everyday... okay, TT gets to see them everyday but that's an exception

@r2r: i understand completely why everyone hates tuning
- there are those that feel that the way the car comes out of the factory is just perfect, well guess what
- there are those that feel a need to modify a car to justify their personal needs, it's not about somebody thinking he can do much better then the manufacturer it's just about personalising the car
-----------------------------
and plz, the real reason why this game is developped is quiet simple - fast and the furious movies, that's the reason why so many people suddenly are interesting by tuning, so EA obviously responds by making games to make a couple of million bucks, nothing to it.

Game looks good, an update of Most Wanted with three classes; Tuners, Muscle and Exotics. Also features a new tuning mode called Autosculpt which, within reason, allows you to sculpt your own bodyparts, angle of vents dimensions etc. Also heard a rumour the F1 will be making a return in the game? Anyone else know. Would be an extra big reason to buy it.

No Ferraris yet again ?? Seems the italians are asking fot too much and even EA don't want to dish out the requested cash.

well the last good NFS imho was Porsche unleashed..
I have nothing again tunning (a huge BMI fan actually..).. but the prob is nfs kits looks like shit, till now a fully tuned 206 / civic could go head to head with a CGT for example, and kits on supercars are just one big NO NO! plus the whole extra story they've been try to give to the games, it just doesn't work.. making everybody act like gangsters, "ruling the streets" its all way too F&F stupid.. I do hope the guys over at EA will be replaced with actual people that know a thing or 2 about cars..
