It is on the road, but if I were encouraging my son to pull such an ace stunt he'd be canned up, same goes for the unfortunate leccy bike dude. I certainly don't even ride my Orange P7 without a lid, and it doesn't even have an engine.

That is no the point - it is about freedom of choice.
I never ride without a helmet - however, I do not want to be TOLD to wear it. It is MY CHOICE to wear it - or is some peopls case to NOT wear it.
This freedom of choice is something yourselves and other new world order slaves will never understand.
