I think it looks very good and i have played almost all the need for speed games
And i liked the need for speed most wanted game that was cool.
But i hated need ford speed underground games to much riced out for taste but need for speed pro street looks like a more serious game.

EDIT: I just played the demo and I retract my previous statement.

Nope, it's all about "track days", no country roads or mountain passes. The physics are crap as usual as of late, very arcady and no fun. System specs seem quite steep too judging by the fact that the graphics aren't really mind blowing.
Bring back the car selection criteria from the Hot Pursuit editions, use physics from Porsche Unleashed and ignore the lame tuning !!!

No doubt. I played it on my PS2 to test it out for about 20 mins and also downloaded the X360 demo and it was fun for a while but just kinda boring. The 360/PS3 graphics are nice though. Physics wise it was kinda weird some cars at lower level handle better while another car of same level handle like shit and when in fact it should have handled better. I havent had time or the plans to play it again anytime soon though. Just sucks, and that damn burnout shit is very annoying when you just wanna race. Also there is a good thing such as changing car settings but I havent really messed with it yet. Didn't bother much with Autosculpt or painting or bodykits or any of that either. Also the game lags like shit on PS2.
*EDIT*
Also the damn commentor is annoying always mentioning the main characters name. I think thats his bitch or something.

Its fun but there are just a few little things that annoy me thats all.
Anyways what system you getting it for the PS3?
I played on my friends 360 and it was fun and played it on the PS3 at walmart for a bit. Didnt really notice anything different speed or graphics wise.

I bought it for the PS3 after mucking about with the demo. It is actually rather fun, and a "realistic" in the sense you do need to slow a little and turn properly.
And the other "reasistic" part I like is if you crash your car on race day - it is crashed until youfix it - even if you "restart" a race hehe
Adds a nice touch.
