Default Getting fit
I remembered a thread about losing weight and getting fit but cant find it anymore.

Just wanted to share that I've lost 14 pounds from December 5 to December 31.

Living in Florida does make you lose weight.

Gotta have that beach body. lol. I'm an ocean lifeguard, so weight has never really been an issue for me. lol.

Yep yep, time to get in shape again. I'm going to have to seriously increase my mileage if I'm going to be ready for any of the upcoming marathons in my area.
