^The decision was actually legally consistent with previous ones, such as the Michael Douglas and Catherine Zeta-Jones wedding case. He is hardly immune. He can just afford to hire better lawyers. Yes, I'd concede that is inequitable, but my point still stands.

No, your point doesnt stand - it is both pedantic and unneeded.

Max Mosely is by very definition "one of the modern elite" - 99.99999999999999999999% of the global population either doesnt care or remember "the Mosely's of WWII" - they know and apparently "care" for and fawn over the super wealthy, well connected, legally immune, superstar boss of the FIA.

To try imply or otherwise suggest Max Mosley is not a member of the "elite" is simply incorrect.

Well, no, not really; his heyday was during the 20s and 30s.
