Top Gear - S12 EP6 - 7th December, 2008 - Discussion
Jeremy Clarkson and James May invade Greenham Common airbase to ask if the Communists ever made a good car. Out on the test track, Richard Hammond goes crazy in the Veritas, a Germany sports car, and Jeremy conducts an almost ridiculously thorough road test of the new Ford Fiesta. Plus, London mayor Boris Johnson is the Star In A Reasonably Priced Car.

Top gear sure has a lot of money....I wonder how much they have to pay to drive in a mall and mark the floors with rubber. <of course I won't spoil the ending....but DAYUM!!>

I'd say the Fiesta feature was one of the best things they've done.

So Veritas was a bit of faily.
But they made up for it with a better one.
Just when I was going to say, "This is the best car test I've seen in years", Clarky topped even that.
You have to see it to believe it.

I'm pretty sure Top Gear has larger production budgets than most movies. The Veritas feature was awesome to watch cinematography wise, and the Fiesta in a mall thing can't be cheap. I honestly think this was one of the best Top Gears I have ever seen especially having Boris as a guest. I laughed throughout the whole show!

the speeding through a mall thing is something I used to dream of doing, in my case with my FD... this show has some huge budgets, none of this can be cheap by any means, whre does the BBC get their cash?
