The high horsepower super efficient light weight OLD technology pushrod V8 rules the top end rush. Isnt this what we have been fuck'in saying for the last 12 years??

It's already 5 year old technology driving the ZR1 too... no fancy cf monicoque, no fancy dual clutch gear box, no trick awd setup... at least it has LC though, right? Right!?
the Lingenfelter ZR1's are pushing 750 hp without issue... but we do the same thing with supercharged LS7's too... our Although, our nitrous 427 LS9 we built is pushing absolutely absurd numbers LPE would have been banned from the track had they pushed the same limits they are with the heavy 5h gen Camaro... without the nitrous, or neat gearbox.

Thanks, i haven't seen this. So bad that it is all over.....
I thought the GT2 would come out better than that, maybe Seiji Ara wasn't in his best days, even on a straight line it wasn't impressive. Now Nissan is relief, knowing that the 12.GTR is at least a 3-lap wonder

It look slike they started in 2nd - anything below 100kmh in the ZR1 you should be in 1st.
I guess they tried their best to make the Corvette look bad

Yeah, they didn't do a good enough job sand bagging these cars.
If it wasn't the LFA blocking and the shitting driving of the GT2 driver....GT2 would have won the race.

Yep... the GT2 was clearly the best car; but I expected them to show of the LFA since it is the most expensive/exotic car Japan has ever built. Wonder if they will test the 2012 ZR1... a host of grip improvements are coming.

The GT2 RS does currently have the fastest NS lap time. They really need to take manual transmission shifting lessons .

^ they don't need lessons, it was just staged i'm ashamed to say.
i mean they shift perfectly in the time attacks, the GT2 RS gets the fastest lap time, but forget how to shift in the race? I love the GT-R but i don't get why they need to keep staging its victories.

Thanks - I hadn't seen that clip before. Unfortunately, it seems like pretty much every TV show/mag tends to show a biased view to how they rate their cars .
