Okay ... these are the cars that re-introduced me to the addiction. Specifically, I would like to thank Momodels (may your soul rot in hell ) for his pictures of the 250F. This made it a must-have for me and then when I started rationalizing when I buy this car why not get this also and before you know it these buggers arrived at my doorstep today...
1:18 CMC Maserati 250F
1:18 Carousel 1 AAR Eagle - Spa - Dan Gurney
I love the blued out exhausts and the Eagle nose - truly spectacular car and I am lucky enough to have seen it in the flesh - it is magnificent work of art
The best looking F1 cars of all time - group set
1:43 IXO BMW M3 - B. Beguin
1:43 IXO Audi Quattro S1 - Wlater Roehrl
1:43 Minichamps Bennetton B188 - Alessandro Nannini
I guess I am back with a vengeance

A long overdue update - it has been about 5 months since my last purchase .. I saw a sale going on and picked up these beauties ...
1/43 Minichamps MP14/4 Mika Hakkinen
--> the funny thing is that the rear wing says David but the helmet is Mika's
1/43 Art Model Ferrari 206 SP
Funny diorama set. The guy in white is the driver and the two guys in brown are mechanics. This is a pit stop scenario being enacted. One of the mechanics seems to be wiping the windscreen industriously while the other dude seems to be hunting for the fuel filler cap. The driver is angrily gesticulating to the fuelie "Yo Pazzo .. the fuel tank is in the rear not in the front." I am pretty sure Ross Brawn wouldnt have stood for this incompetence.
1/43 Art Model 1954 Ferrari 340 Mexico - driven by Phil Hill in the 1954 Beunos Aires 1000km
--> Pretty ugly for sure. But it was driven by America's first world champ. The 340 Mexico spider is much better looking.
