Mummy 3. I didn't like it as much as the original, and the way Li was defeated was pretty lame. The story sucked hard, fight scenes were alright, but CGI was decent. It's worth the $6 to kill two hours, but I wouldn't see it again, in theaters or on DVD.

^Yup. That's about right.

They wasted Jet Li and Michelle Yeoh. It wasn't really that good, but it's a perfectly serviceable movie. 6/10

Hancock - 7.5/10 - Entertaining, took a dive near the end.

The dark Knight - 9/10- There have been few times I can think of where I have seen a more believable character as was Heath Ledger's Joker. Absolutely unbelievable performance, one of my favorite ever. The movie was much better than I expected from a batman movie considering the previous ones more or less all sucked. Overall a very complete movie, perhaps a little too involved at times, but clear non-the-less. Its a shame that it was heath ledger's last movie, but man what a performance. Go see it.

Garden State - 7.9/10 - Im being a bit generous here, but it was interesting and well made.

^ Yes... I liked it a lot. Well made, and the story was clever, the main character pretty hot and the mix of Escape from New York, Mad Max and I am Legend style story line is nice.

Very realistic looking mix of real stunts, great model work with [i]minimal[/] use of CG makes for an great Saturdaynight movie at home.

Tropic Thunder 10/10
Rated R - not for kids at all. I was genuinely surprised to hear a child's voice in the theatres. Terrible parents.
Anyways, I loved it. And this is from a guy who gave up on American comedy. Robert Downey Jr. is the Actor of the Year.

I saw a chick flick .. 'What happens in Vegas' with Ashton Kutcher and Cameron Diaz.
I laughed, and it was good for one of those movies that are just comedic entertainment, and you don't have to do any thinking.
Much better than "Meet Dave" where I couldn't wait to finish the trainwreck of a movie. I think there was one-line that I laughed at in the whole thing. ...And i'm a big Eddie fan

I wouldn't say 10/10, but definitely 9/10. It was definitely laugh out loud funny. Downey Jr. and Cruise to a lesser extent were definitely the stars. Stiller and Jack Black paled in comparison.

Pineapple Express was almost as good as well. 8.5/10, a bit too silly at some points but worth the price of entry.

Saw Tropic Thunder last week Pineapple Express this week. Should have saw it the other way around. Pineapple Express was disappointing. Cheech and Chong were better.
