Oh yeah - anyone else here a Mars Volta fan?
erm...no sorry Ive seen them in the Red Hot Chili Peppers program, and i didnt really like them, i couldnt understand a word of what they were singing, and the lead singer was somewhere in the middle between a man and a woman
Maybe they just had a really bad day (the chilis say they're awesome) but i didnt like themn at all.
Didn't one of the band members die of an OD? do they still exist?

I saw them play at the metro is Sydney, and it was one of the best concerts I have ever seen. I know this is gonna cause some people to get pissed, but I thought they were much better than the two times I've seen the chili's live.

Someone associated with The Mars Volta died of a drug overdose, but not an actual band member. I believe they are recording a new album now.
