Im relatively short too if you remember that the Dutch are the tallest race on earth..
But when Im in England and even when I was in the US I don't feel short at all

A bit over 5'9". 5'10" is 1.78. That's roughly my height, which makes me around average in these parts, but a towering giant when I'm in Asia. I'm taller than all but one of my cousins (whose slightly taller than me).

yeah I remember.. but my mom was in the States a few months ago, and she said everyone were huge (fat) fucking huge! she said they were all 2m both horizontally and vertically and she was all over, both NY, Orlando and some other place I dont recall..
but if you say so, then its good to hear, I feel shorter and shorter every Friday! (extended family dinner over at my grandmothers..) and quit (spelling?) sick of it..

Anyway I went from Denver to Los Angeles and in all the States I traveled my height was about average, except in LA, especially the women are big bitches over there, and I don't mean fat! :shock:
And like Matt said, people in Asia aren't quite so tall too.

The girlfriend of the candidate I worked for before the state election was from LA. I thought she was a nice person. She actually had a sense of humour. Must be from having all these Canadian friends.
