Passing car is responsible for the clean pass.

In the opening post video the driver is clearly NOT purposely blockign the faster traffic and that is a perfect example of where passing car is responsible for the clean pass.

I don't recall actually arguing that it wasn't the passing driver's responsibility.

You seem to be obsessed with "blocking" as if every car in fron of another is only there to block the others progress.

There is a reason you dont race with your eyes on the rear view mirror - passing car is responsible for making the pass.
