if he has no physical prototype he shouldn't have any leverage in court he should of had any patent w/o one.
I'll see you guys later i'm going to patent the flying car.

This could prove problematic for Mazda as well, the RX8 also has variable color instruments if outfitted with the correct specifications.

How about the entire aftermarket industry? A lot of companies make similar light changing backgrounds for all sorts of cars.

It's different when SOny gets royalty for a DVD player because they they patented the DVD player (a device), not just an idea of DVD player. The guy that is suing Ford probably just patented an idea, not a device ...
