It was in tennessee actually on my way home from panama city. it happened on the the 19th so i dont even have an accident report yet. and ill admit the exhaust was a mistake. The onlt thing im surprised about with the damage is how my front left wheel broke when i hit the curb on the wall.

4 ppl in the car im fine 3 taken to the hospital 2 released neck strain 1 has a collapsed lung, bruised lung and fractured rib. Dont know anything about the other guy.

yeah wheels breaking is a wierd thing. I remeber getting hit from the side in a car and having my alloy wheel crack as a result of the impact. Wierd thing to see...

I had just the same car before my current BM. It was my cruise car. That's basically all you could do with it, since it was a FWD diesel. And I must say: such a big exhaust looks quite nice under that car, it fits perfectly. Mine too got killed in an accident.
And what's all that shit about suing??? Over here the other guy's insurance company repays your damage and hospital costs, and that's that. You get repaid, the other guy gets a fine for the infringement, nothing left to sue for.
A collapsed lung, that doesn't sound too good. Was he wearing a seat belt? Anyway, good thing you survived.
