Well, then there is still plenty of time left for some bright young latte-sipping MBA to suggest the best marketing value will come from turning the Challenger into either an SUV or a hybrid-powered Mini-Van...

Yep, I think you're right. It'll lose some of the sharpness when the production standard models roll off the line.
Cost driven decisions will impact the final look; design for manufacture, materials, etc will take their toll on the aesthetics. It'll come with much smaller wheels to keep the price competitive, for sure.
In respect of the mustang you can already buy plastic panels to cover the fugly rear side windows, and a red reflective rear panel to complement the 'friday afternoon design' tail-lights. Ho hum, at least the aftermarket industry is finishing the product off to give it the sharpness the concept had...

I think someone should develop some kind of body kit similar to these to put on the C5 chassis.
That way you get an really aggressive body and a very good chassis.

I like the last two renderings the best the first was good but didnt look right on the roof line, especially where the roof line intersects the rear quarter panels the shoulder arches and that roof line are not appealing to the eye. The last renderings look sharp though good clean lines, crisp corners. I really like the green cuda.

oh my goodness! very nice find number77!!!
the rear tires look a little wide for the rendering, but otherwise, this IS exactly what dodge needs (given that the car also has a manuel gearbox). i think it actually looks liek a mondern day Charger 8)

I like the black one, save the Z3 fenders. I don't think it'll end up looking like this, but at least it doesn't matter to me. I've got my Mopar.

i really like the rear end of that concept but the front isnt quite as appealing imo, though it still is a nice looking concept overall, but im sure you are right that something like this will never be brought to production without some major watering down.
