it finished totally,the whole 139MB.i thought bout that at first that i could resume,but it had finished the whole thing :x

I had the problem several times(not for this file)..
If u r downloadin with a manager.. While it is joinin the splited file it damages the file..
Record is downloaded 4 times..

Use a download manager like 'Get Right'. My download stopped half way but the file resumed and unzipped fine

If you are behind a proxy.. I advice you Download Accelerator Plus..
Its downloadin fast.. Files are not takin any damage for me..
Program gives an error automaticly when the proxy is down..

i started the d/l again,and ever 3-4 minutes it comes up and wont let me carry it on.i dunno whats wrong
