hmm not completely agreeing, i wouldnt say 100%.

You don't have to know "anyone" to get into F1 and has someone else said your knowledge, experience and skills have to be the best in the industry to get into F1. Plus they don't let you apply for a general position, you have to apply for specific posts that are available when the particular team says so. My dads work colleague has a son whos an engineer at williams so he should know

If so - then Formula 1, and all the particpating teams form the most straight up honest organization in the known universe.

lol, as with any company, if you know people it helps, i never said it didn't but the majority, as with most companies go through the regular route of applying for an open post n handing your CV in.

I know for sure that this is how my dads work colleagues son did it.... uni, experience, applied for a job at williams. He didn't know anyone at all that could help him get in.

I was reading in the paper this morning that there are talks of changing everything, and bringing in vocational classes and effectively scrapping traditional subjects. The state of education in this country is shocking. It never ceases to amaze me how many thick people there are! I mean, for example, when the EU expanded, the BBC were asking random people which country had just joined. One answer was France. I me fuck me, how do they survive!

When are you back at Uni? Soon I assume!

LOL, yeah it is utterly appauling, i mean i would be having it soooo much easier at the moment if i had been forced to learn the facts rather than learn how to pass exams with as little knowledge as possible!

Im back end of september, pool construction is still in full swing, so not so much of a holiday for me at the moment! Looking forward to uni, to have a rest!!!!!
